1. Scope of Work: Deeparohi shall provide services to the Client as specified in the agreement or engagement letter.
2. Payment Terms: The Client shall pay Deeparohi fees for the services as specified in the agreement or engagement letter.
3. Cancellation Policy: The Client may cancel the service request by providing written notice to Deeparohi.
4. Liability: Deeparohi shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the services, except to the extent caused by Deeparohi’s gross negligence or service.
5. No Return Policy: Deeparohi does not offer a return policy for its services. All payments made by the Client are non-refundable.
6. Acceptance: By engaging Deeparohi to provide services, the Client acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions  shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
